John is a con artist who frequents parking lots and offers repairs to unsuspecting victims. He will obtain the money from the potential customer and then never deliver the repairs to the vehicles. He has outstanding non-extraditable warrants out of Colorado, Oregon and Hawaii. His last known vehicle was a silver 2003 Ford Windstar, Alaska plate EJY456.
