Unsolved Homicide-Julius Dubouse December 03, 1998
In the early morning hours of December 3, 1998, an accelerant was thrown through the back wndow of an apartment at 5601 Taku Drive. Julius Dubouse was inside the apartment when it became engulfed in flames. Dubouse died at the scene.
