Anchorage Police are asking for your help in solving the homicide of Joseph Bruce Massey. On March 2, 1996, at approximately 3:00 a.m., Massey was shot in the head while being a passenger in a blue Nissan four door sedan near the area of 5th and H Street. Suspect(s) were last seen driving a red and black Ford full sized Bronco, a silver and grey Ford Contour, and a red and white Ford Bronco. A black male from the red and black Ford Bronco started an altercation in which the suspect then pulled a gun and shot at the victim. There were several other shots fired at the same time.
