Anchorage police are asking for help in identifying and locating a man who is responsible for seven robberies in town over the last two weeks.

In each incident the robber brandished a handgun and demanded money from the cashier.  He wears a grey hooded sweatshirt during day time robberies and a black “puffy” hooded winter coat during evening robberies.  He also conceals his identity by wearing a ski mask, sunglasses, and gloves.  He is a dark skinned black male, about 6’ tall, with a thin build.

Anchorage Police are looking for Terrance Davis who has outstanding warrants for his arrest on charges of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree and Assault in the Second Degree.

Davis is described as a 23-year-old black male adult, 6` tall and 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

On February 4, 2008, a Macintosh laptop computer and wallet were stolen from a UAA classroom at the University Center. The laptop had the number 2 or 3 written on the back in permanent ink. The victim`s credit card was later used at a gas station located at Airport Heights and Debarr Road. Surveillance cameras captured the image of this man and are asking for help from the public in identifying him. He is a white male, in his late teens to early 20`s, between 5`8" to 5`10" tall, 160-170 pounds with brown hair.

Anchorage Police are asking the public for information to help solve an armed robbery.

The robbery occurred at the Eagle River Hotel on November 30 at about 10:30 p.m.  A white male and a black male, dressed in black wearing ski masks, entered the hotel and demanded money from the owner.  The owner was punched in the face and struck in the back of the head with the gun.  The robbers rifled through the office, eventually fleeing the scene with no money.  They got into a white SUV that was parked on Lynn Drive.

The robbers were described as average height and weight, with the white male being slightly larger than his accomplice.
